Doblo Power Window Failure
Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a 2011 Fiat Doblo diesel, the power windows stopped functioning. An error related to the window regulator initialization was identified, and basic reset procedures were ineffective. The issue was resolved by a workshop using diagnostic tools to reset the system, confirming it was a window regulator initialization problem.

Thanks for the reply! I haven't specifically tested the window switch itself, but I assumed it was okay since both windows stopped working simultaneously after the battery replacement. Is there a way to easily test the switch functionality without specialized tools?

I didn't test mine either, I just brought it to a workshop. If both windows stopped at the same time, it could be the window regulator or something in the CAN bus network. I suspect the only way to know for sure is to have a workshop read out the error codes and check the wiring.

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. I booked an appointment at a local shop. They confirmed it was indeed a window regulator initialization issue. They had to use their diagnostic tools to reset the system. Cost me 290€, but at least the windows are working again!

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar problem with my old Peugeot after the battery died. The window reset procedure didn't work for me either. Did you check the window switch itself? Sometimes they can fail, although it's unlikely both would go at the same time.
