Doblo transport mode issue

My 2013 Fiat Doblo, gasoline engine, with 92735 km shows transport mode on the instrument cluster, along with a general electrical malfunction and a non-functional navigation system. I just got the vehicle and suspect the transport mode might still be active. Any ideas?
