DS3 Bluetooth Pairing Issue

Alright Citroen crew, I've got a head-scratcher. My 2016 DS3 diesel is throwing a fit. The infotainment system is acting like I'm trying to pair a brick – won't connect to my smartphone. Plus, I plugged it in and it has stored error memory! Mileage is only at 35542 km. I've tried re-pairing, restarting the system, the whole shebang. Any ideas before I lose my mind?

Sounds frustrating! Have you tried deleting all the existing pairings from the car's system first? Sometimes it gets confused if there are too many stored. It's like trying to fit too many socks in one drawer.

Good shout! I did clear the pairings but no luck. It's still acting like I'm trying to teach a cat to fetch. Any thoughts on what else could be messing with the Bluetooth?

Okay, if clearing the pairings didn't work, and there's an error code stored, it does sound like something deeper. Could be a software glitch or a faulty Bluetooth module. Probably time to let a workshop take a look.

Yeah, you're probably right. Bit the bullet and took it in. Turns out it was a simple incorrect pairing issue with the end device but needed their diagnostic tool to sort it. Cost me 45€. Thanks for the help!
