DS3 Radio Reception Problems

I'm having radio reception problems with my 2014 Citroen DS3 gasoline. The infotainment system throws errors, and sometimes the audio system won't function. An OBD scan confirms an antenna fault. Has anyone else had this and how did you fix it? I got an estimate of 255€ for the repair. Any insights on FM signal issues, radio interference, poor signal strength, or signal amplifier malfunctions?

Sounds frustrating! Could be the antenna. Have you checked the antenna base for damage or corrosion? Is it only FM that's affected, or DAB as well (if your car has it)?

I've checked the antenna base visually and don't see damage or corrosion. It's hard to assess the internal components without taking it apart. My DS3 doesn't have DAB, so I can't comment on that. Still uncertain of the cause. Any further advice?
