DS3 Rear Window Heating Issue

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2016 Citroen DS3 diesel. The rear window heating isn't working. There's an error stored, and the windshield heating isn't as effective. I've read a discharged or defective battery could cause this. Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts before I start investigating?

Yes, exactly! The heating coil stopped working, and it all pointed to an electrical issue stemming from the battery. I wasn't comfortable tackling it, so I took it to a workshop. They sorted it pretty quickly. Given your symptoms, I think that's the best course of action.
