Summary of the thread

The issue was similar to another case where the problem was linked to the MOST bus, possibly triggered by road irregularities. The solution involved professional diagnostics and replacement of a faulty control unit within the MOST bus, which required a visit to a qualified workshop.

Thank you for your prompt response. I cannot definitively recall any single, impactful incident. It is conceivable that minor road irregularities were encountered, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Could you perhaps elaborate on the specifics of your issue and subsequent resolution?

Yeah, mine was exactly the same symptoms - no audio, dead nav, MOST bus error. Sadly, it wasn't something I could fix myself. It needed diagnostic equipment and someone who understood the fibre optics side of things. Best bet is a workshop, I'm afraid.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Based on your recommendation, I have scheduled an appointment with a qualified workshop. The diagnostic confirmed a faulty control unit within the MOST bus, necessitating replacement. The total cost, including labor, amounted to approximately 1000€. Thank you for your assistance.

I had a similar issue with my DS4. No audio, nav dead, the works. Sounds like a MOST bus problem, like you suspect. Happened after a bit of a bumpy ride, actually. I'm no expert, but did anything happen before it went out?
