DS4 Central Locking Failure

Hi, I have a 2016 Citroen DS4 gasoline. The central locking is not working. Doors can no longer be locked or unlocked, and there is an error stored in the error memory. Could a defective cable or plug connection be the cause?

I had something similar with my DS4. Have you checked the fuse box? It might be a simple blown fuse affecting the locking mechanism. Is it completely dead, or does the remote locking work intermittently?

I haven't checked the fuses yet, but I will. The remote locking doesn't work at all. Do you remember which fuse it was?

I can't recall the exact fuse number, sorry. Given that the remote isn't working either, it might be more than just a fuse. In the end, I took mine to a workshop. They found a defective connection and charged me 95€ to fix it.

Thanks for the info. I'll check the fuses first, but it sounds like a trip to the workshop is inevitable. I appreciate the help.
