DS4 Idle Air Control Valve Issue

I had similar symptoms on my DS4. The error code pointed to the idle control system. Before replacing parts, have you checked the throttle body for carbon buildup? That can cause the valve to malfunction.

Accessing it isn't too bad, you'll need some basic tools and cleaner. However, given the symptoms and error code, and to avoid further complications, I'd advise getting it checked by a workshop. It could save you time and money in the long run.

Appreciate the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were right. The intake was heavily contaminated and gumming up the idle air control valve. They cleaned everything up, replaced a gasket, and the total came to 425€. Runs like new now!
