DS4 Knocking Combustion

I own a 2022 Citroen DS4 Hybrid. Recently, I've experienced knocking combustion. Symptoms include reduced engine power, jerking when accelerating, and smoke during acceleration. Error memory also contains a stored error. Could this be related to the combustion chamber?

Right, so my issue turned out to be carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, causing pre-ignition (detonation). It's worth getting checked, especially given the error code. A garage visit seems unavoidable; they'll probably scope the cylinders. It cost me around 425€.
