DS4 Multifunction Steering Wheel Failure

Hi. I've got a 2016 Citroen DS4 diesel, and recently the multifunction steering wheel packed it in. None of the controls work anymore. Diagnostics show an error in the memory. Anyone else had this?

Yeah, seen that before on some PSA vehicles. Is it completely dead, or just some functions? Have you checked the connection to the steering column control module?

Completely dead, nothing works. Where exactly is that module located, and is it easy to get to?

Sounds like a connectivity problem, pretty common. Control module is buried up inside the steering column. Better to get a workshop to check the cable and pins, before you start replacing parts.

Thanks. Took it to a local place, and you were spot on. Defective cable connection in the steering wheel, 95€ to fix. Appreciate the advice!
