DS4 outside temperature sensor issues

I have a 2022 Citroen DS4, diesel engine, with about 156k km. I'm getting an error about the outside temperature sensor. The AC won't switch on, the spray nozzles seem frozen, and the mirror heating is dead. Suspecting a defective cable or plug. Has anyone else encountered something similar? Is it worth a sensor replacement myself?

Sounds familiar. I've got a DS4 as well, and I had similar symptoms a while back. AC packed in, and the car was acting like it was permanently winter! Was yours throwing up any other weird errors?

Weird errors, not that I recall. Just the outside temperature sensor fault. Was yours definitely the sensor? Any idea what fixed it for you?

Yep, sounds like the sensor to me. I messed about trying to find the fault myself but ended up taking it to a workshop. They replaced the sensor and all was good again, didn't cost much to be fair. Might be worth getting them to take a look.

Appreciate the info! Sounds like a trip to the workshop is on the cards. They quoted around 95€, sensor replaced. Thanks again for confirming it.
