DS4 Tire Pressure Warning

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2018 Citroen DS4 (gasoline engine) with just under 50000km. I keep getting a 'Tire pressure too low' warning, even after inflating the tires to the correct pressure. An OBD scanner shows a code related to a faulty tire pressure sensor. Has anyone else encountered anything similar? I suspect the sensor battery might be depleted.

Sounds like you have a TPMS issue. I had similar symptoms a while back. Low tire warning even after inflating tires. Was the error in your error memory?

Yes, there's definitely an error stored in the memory. It points to a sensor malfunction. Was your issue also related to a failing sensor, and if so, how was it resolved? I assume the air valve will need replacing.

Confirmed, my issue was indeed a faulty sensor. The garage confirmed it pretty quickly. If the error is persistent, it's best to have it professionally diagnosed. They have the tools to pinpoint the exact sensor that's failing. I ended up going to the workshop.

I'll book it in for a check-up at my local garage. Replacing the sensor, including mounting and balancing the wheel, cost me 280€.
