Undervoltage, huh? I hadn’t considered that. How do I check for that? And if it is undervoltage, what's the fix? I've only checked the A/C compressor for faults so far using the diagnostic tool. Where's the relay switch located?

Checking for undervoltage requires a multimeter at the very least. Unless you’re comfortable with electrical testing, I'd suggest a workshop. It was a pain to diagnose. It turned out to be a faulty sensor drawing too much power. Don’t tinker with the A/C system yourself. You could do more harm.

Good advice. I took it to a local garage, and you were spot on – it was undervoltage! They traced it to a faulty sensor, like you said. The repair, including the sensor and labor, was 240€ Thanks for the help!

Interesting. I also have a DS5 hybrid. Your issue sounds familiar. Did you check for undervoltage? My A/C compressor shut off last year due to low voltage. Could also be a refrigerant leak. Have you ruled out the pressure or relay switch?
