DS5 Fresh Air Blower Issue

My 2012 Citroen DS5 with a diesel engine has an issue with the fresh air blower. It's not working, and there's an error stored. Mileage is at 59489 km. I suspect the blower motor. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey! I had something similar happen in my DS5, really frustrating! Does zero air come out of the vents regardless of the fan speed setting? Did you check the fuses related to the climate control/HVAC system? It’s worth a shot before diving deeper.

Yes, zero airflow at any speed. Where exactly are the relevant fuses located? I'll check them tomorrow.

Okay, sounds exactly like what I had. As for the fuses, check the owner's manual; it should pinpoint the precise location. Honestly though, after checking mine, it ended up being a faulty blower motor. Cost me a pretty penny at the shop to get it sorted. Maybe a workshop visit is unavoidable. Good luck!

Thanks for confirming. I checked the fuses; all are fine. The workshop confirmed the blower motor is defective. Repair cost is 365€. I will get it fixed. Thanks again for the help!
