DS5 starting issue

My 2015 Citroen DS5 diesel won't start, and the error memory shows a fault related to 'Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted.' Battery voltage seems fine, but I suspect a voltage drop somewhere. Could this be a power supply issue or a problem with the starter solenoid circuit break?

I had a similar problem with my DS5, although I never checked the error memory myself. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the relevant components? From what I understand, that's the most common cause for this particular error.

Thanks for the swift reply. Could you elaborate on which specific cable and plug connections I should inspect? I am trying to avoid a costly visit to the workshop, but my technical knowledge is limited, so any guidance would be appreciated.

I did not investigate this issue myself. Based on the symptoms and the error message, I would recommend seeking help from a professional. In my case, the defective cable was located and repaired at the workshop.

Thanks for your input. I feared as much. I will take your advice and bring it to a workshop. The diagnosis was indeed a defective plug connection, and the repair cost me 95€. At least now the car starts again.
