Ducato cold start injector issue

My 2021 Fiat Ducato with a gasoline engine has 136067 km and is running poorly during cold starts. It starts poorly, almost like it's struggling to get enough fuel. I suspect a faulty cold start injector or injection valve issue. Has anyone else experienced similar cold start problems with their Ducato? I've tried injector cleaner, but no luck. I'm thinking about getting an injector test done.

I had something similar with my Ducato. Same symptoms, rough idle on cold starts. Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Fuel pressure seemed normal when I last checked, but I didn't specifically test it during a cold start. Was your issue constant or intermittent? Did you manage to fix it and what was the culprit?

Mine was intermittent at first, then became constant. I'd recommend getting it checked by a workshop. It turned out one of the injectors was completely shot, impacting the spray pattern.
