I didn't check it myself. The Renault's symptoms were similar to a known battery issue, so I took it to a trusted workshop. They diagnosed the voltage sensor quickly. I'd advise the same for your Ducato. These EV systems can be tricky.

Took the Ducato to a specialized workshop. The diagnostic confirmed a defective voltage sensor, which was causing the high-voltage system errors. The repair cost came to 290€. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Sounds like a headache. I had a similar issue with my 2019 Renault Zoe. Got a battery warning light and the car would occasionally go into limp mode. Did you check the voltage sensor?
