E Klasse massage seat malfunction

My 2022 Mercedes E Klasse Diesel has a problem with the driver's side massage seats The massage function isn't working and the system shows an error code related to the cable or plug connection Has anyone else had this happen before I take it to the service center I'm expecting the repair to be around 95€

That's interesting I had a similar issue with my E Klasse The massage seat wouldn't turn on, and it ended up being a loose connection Have you checked the fuse box first A blown fuse can cause the same problem Is the error always there, or does it come and go Mine was intermittent, which made it harder to figure out

Thanks for the quick reply I haven't looked at the fuse yet Do you know where the fuse for the massage seat is located Also, did yours stop working completely, or did it work sometimes before it stopped altogether

The fuse location should be in the owner's manual, probably under 'seats' or 'convenience features' My problem started with it working on and off before it quit completely Since your error code points to a connection problem, taking it to the shop is probably the best idea They can check the cable and plug correctly

I appreciate the help Based on what you've said and the error code, I'll make an appointment with the service center to get it fixed The cost was about 95€ like I thought Thanks again for your help
