Ecosport Power Window Failure

I own an Ecosport too, and had a similar problem. Before assuming it's the switch, did you check the power window fuses? A blown fuse can cause those symptoms. Also, have you checked the regulator motor?

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked the fuses, and they look fine. I'm not sure how to check the regulator motor and I don't want to mess anything up. Any other ideas?

Since the fuses are good and the error code is still there, it probably is a bad power window switch or a failing window regulator. It's hard to know for sure without the right tools. I ended up taking mine to a shop, and they said it was the switch. I'm not a professional though. I'd suggest seeing a mechanic.

Thanks for the advice! Sounds like it's best to get a professional involved. I called my local shop, told them what's happening and the error codes, and they think it's probably a bad window regulator. They quoted me around 200€ to fix it, which seems fair. Thanks again for your help!
