Okay, the rough running when cold and the manifold pressure error code make the intake manifold issue even more likely. In my case, the intake manifold was leaking due to heat causing scorching around the gaskets. Think of it like a leaky pipe; it throws off the whole system. The garage confirmed it needed replacing. I'd recommend getting it checked by a professional workshop. The bill will be around 1200€.
