Hey, zero euros! Yes, you read that right, it didn't cost me a penny to repair the cold shut-off valve. Things happen, don't they? Ever since the mechanic fixed the A/C message error, everything has been flawless. I haven't had another warning light or anything since. Seems like the guys at my garage did a great job. So yes, I would definitely suggest having it checked by professionals. I hope you have as much luck as I have! Good luck again!

Hey, that's really relieving to hear that you haven't had any more problems since then. That gives me hope! And zero euros seems to have been an absolute bargain. I will definitely look around for a garage that is as experienced and efficient as yours seems to be. Thanks for the valuable insight and well wishes! I'll post an update here when the repairs are done. Thanks again and you take care of your Fiesta too!

Hey, I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta, same manufacturer, just a bit older. I also had problems with the cooling shut-off valve, but in my case it was a clear defect, anything but a stroke of luck! Unfortunately, it's not so easy to repair, as the valve is an integral part of the cooling system. The guys in my workshop had to dig deep into the cooling system to fix it. So it was a serious issue. I recommend you get it checked by a professional before there are any more complications. Hope you get it sorted quickly! Good luck with that!
