EMehari Brake Pedal Feedback
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Citroen EMehari with 84,890 km exhibited strange feedback from the brake pedal, initially suspected to be due to undervoltage. However, the issue was identified as worn brake pads after a professional inspection. The brake pads were replaced, resolving the problem without the need for disc skimming.

You mentioned a squeaky brake pedal. Could you elaborate? Furthermore, what was the resolution in your case? The more detail, the better.

Sure thing! The squeak happened when I pressed the pedal, a high-pitched noise. Turns out, the brake pads were worn unevenly and the disc brakes needed skimming! I'd suggest getting your brake system checked at a workshop; they'll diagnose it properly. A worn disc brake can be dangerous, so don't delay!

I appreciate the advice. I have taken it to a professional. It turned out to be worn brake pads, which were replaced. Skimming the discs was not necessary. The repair cost 240€. Thank you again for your assistance.

Oh no, strange feedback isn't good! I had a similar issue with my EMehari, though I didn't suspect voltage issues. Was it a squeaky brake pedal? The brake system on these cars can be a bit temperamental. Have you checked the brake pads and discs for wear?
