EMehari fog sensor and air conditioning issues

My 2017 Citroen EMehari electric is throwing a fit. 215087 km on the clock. The fog sensor shows an error, and the air conditioning won't switch on! The spray nozzles are frozen when it's cold, and the mirror heating is MIA. Could this be connected? I suspect a dodgy cable or plug connection, but where do I begin?

Sounds familiar. I had something similar with my EMehari. Is the air con definitely not working, or just blowing warm? Have you checked the sensor itself for any obvious damage?

Definitely not working, unfortunately. Just silence. And no, I haven't physically checked the sensor yet – honestly not sure where to find it on this quirky beast. Any pointers?

That's a pain. Mine turned out to be a faulty connection causing havoc with the electrical system. If you're not comfortable digging around, and it sounds like it might be more than just a loose wire, I'd say get it to a workshop. Apparently, the fix cost me around 95€.

I appreciate the insight. Sounds like a trip to the workshop is in order then. Hopefully, it's just a simple connection issue!
