EMehari Low Tire Pressure ABS Steering Issues

That's remarkably similar! The pressure does seem to drop consistently in the same tire, the front passenger side. Did you manage to pinpoint the cause? Was it related to the tire sensor or something more sinister with the ABS system?

Okay, the recurring tire pressure on the same tire definitely points to what I eventually found. For me, it was a faulty valve in the tire itself, creating a slow leak. The system is very sensitive, so even a slight pressure drop triggers the warning, which then seems to throw off the ABS and power steering due to some interconnected system logic. I ended up taking it to a workshop, as I didn't have the tools to deal with the valve myself. Given all the symptoms and that it is always the same tire, I'd strongly recommend you do the same. Don't risk driving too much with a potentially deflating tire.

Thanks for the insight! The faulty valve explanation makes perfect sense. Given all you've described, and the consistent pressure loss in the same tire, I will certainly follow your advice and take it to a trusted workshop. It's good to know what to expect. They fixed the valve issue – it was indeed defective – and the entire ordeal set me back 280€. All warning lights are gone, and the steering is back to normal. Thanks again; you've been a great help!

Funny you should mention that, as I had nearly identical symptoms with my EMehari not too long ago. ABS light, vibrating steering, and the power steering cutting out intermittently. It started with a low tire pressure warning that just wouldn't go away, even after topping up the air. Did you happen to notice if the low pressure was always on the same tire?
