EMehari mirror heating malfunction

I've got an EMehari too, and I actually had the exact same problem last winter. Does the error message specify which side is affected, or is it a general error for the entire mirror heating system?

I tried to trace the wiring myself, but it was a bit beyond my capabilities. Eventually, I had to take it to a workshop. They confirmed it was indeed a faulty connection and quoted around 95€ for the repair, which seemed reasonable considering the potential for further issues.
