EMehari passenger seat malfunction

Passenger electric seat on my 2018 Citroen EMehari (electric engine) isn't working at 52790 km. There's an error stored, and the seat won't adjust. Could a discharged battery cause this?

I had a similar problem with my EMehari passenger seat. It turned out to be the seat wiring harness. Have you checked the harness and connector under the seat?

You can access the harness by sliding the seat forward or back; no need to remove it. Visually inspect for loose connections or damage, like checking a fuse box. Given the error code, I'd recommend a workshop visit. It could be more than just a loose wire.

Okay, I understand. I took it to a workshop; the battery needed replacement. The final repair bill was 290€.
