EMehari seat heating issue

Hi, I have a 2017 Citroen EMehari (electric engine) with 228815 km on the clock. The seat heating doesn't get warm anymore. I checked the error memory and there's an error stored related to the seat heating. Does anyone have experience with this?

No, I haven't checked the wiring harness yet. Is it a common issue for the heating mat itself to fail?

Yes, unfortunately the heating mats are a known weak point. Given the mileage and the error code, a broken heating element is very likely. I would suggest visiting a workshop.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the workshop. They confirmed it's the heating mat and quoted 390€ for the repair. Seems reasonable. Will get it fixed.
