Endeavour Defrost Air Distribution Flap Issue

I'm having trouble with the defrost air distribution flap on my 2003 Ford Endeavour diesel. The odometer reads 184940 km. There's an error stored, and the heating output is noticeably diminished. I suspect a defect in the cable or plug connection. Has anyone else dealt with this, and do you have diagnostic advice?

I had something similar with my Endeavour. Is the heating output low on both sides, or just one? Does it happen all the time, or only when it's really cold outside?

The heating output is consistently low across both sides, regardless of the ambient temperature. Any further thoughts?

Yep, sounds like the same problem I had. Best bet is to take it to a workshop. They'll sort it out quickly.
