Endeavour Defrost Air Distribution Flap Issue
Summary of the thread
The issue involves a malfunctioning defrost air distribution flap in a 2003 Ford Endeavour diesel, leading to diminished heating output. A stored error suggests a potential defect in the cable or plug connection. The problem affects both sides consistently, regardless of temperature. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle inspected and repaired at a workshop.

The heating output is consistently low across both sides, regardless of the ambient temperature. Any further thoughts?

Yep, sounds like the same problem I had. Best bet is to take it to a workshop. They'll sort it out quickly.

I had something similar with my Endeavour. Is the heating output low on both sides, or just one? Does it happen all the time, or only when it's really cold outside?
