Endeavour Intake Manifold Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Ford Endeavour diesel with 243,035 km is experiencing jerking during acceleration, a check engine light, reduced engine power, stalling at idle, rough running, and a strong exhaust smell. The issue is linked to an error code related to the intake manifold, suggesting a possible leak or scorching. The recommended solution is to have the intake manifold checked and repaired by a workshop to prevent further damage.

Interesting. What exactly went wrong with yours? Was it also the intake manifold? I'm trying to gauge how serious this is before I take it in.

Yep, turned out to be the intake manifold. Seems they can leak. I'd get it checked out by a workshop sooner rather than later. You don't want to risk further damage.

Thanks for the heads up! Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on – intake manifold was defective and leaking. Bill came to 1180€. Appreciate the advice!

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms with my Endeavour – jerking, check engine light, loss of power. I would check the intake manifold. Maybe the manifold sensor or air intake itself.
