Endeavour Seat Heater Defect

2013 Ford Endeavour diesel, 83k km. Seat heating defective - doesn't get warm, error code stored. Suspect heating mat. Anyone seen this?

I had something similar with my Endeavour. Was the seat heater completely dead, or just not getting very warm?

Completely dead. No heat at all. Was yours similar?

Yeah, mine was the same. Never got warm. Bit of a pain. I'd suggest hitting up a workshop.
