Engine overheating problem on a Skoda Kodiaq Diesel

Hello everyone, I own a 2018 Skoda Kodiaq with a diesel engine and 150,000 km on the odometer. I recently had the timing belt replaced and the electric water pump replaced. Since then, the engine runs perfectly well, but while driving, the temperature rises to 90 degrees and then continues until it reaches the red zone. When I slow down, it goes back down to 90 degrees. My coolant is at the correct temperature. However, with the engine overheating warning, the vehicle goes into safety mode and loses power, although no fault is detected with a diagnostic tool. Do you have any ideas on what could be causing this problem? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Check if there is any air trapped in the cooling system, as this can cause overheating. Bleed the system to remove any air pockets. If the issue persists, please update on the progress or let me know if you have further questions.

We did the purge again and again with the diagnostic tool, and the problem persists.

Inspect the radiator fan operation to ensure it's functioning correctly. A faulty fan or fan relay can cause overheating, especially at lower speeds. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

The fan is turning well and is triggering correctly

Check the thermostat to ensure it's opening and closing properly. A stuck thermostat can cause overheating by restricting coolant flow. If you're unsure, it might be best to have a mechanic inspect it. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions.
