Enjoy ABS speed signal fault

Hi, I'm having an issue with my 2011 Chevrolet Enjoy diesel. The ABS lamp lights up, I'm experiencing traction problems, and it seems the ABS system is failing. I suspect it may be related to a speed signal fault. Mileage is at 205819 km. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Summary of the thread

A similar case involved a defective control unit affecting the speed signal, confirmed through diagnostics and resolved at a workshop. I had a similar issue with my Enjoy. ABS light, traction control going haywire. Check your transmission, dashboard and run a diagnostic to see if there is any malfunction reported. How old is your battery?

Thanks for the quick response. The battery is relatively new, about a year old. Are you saying you had the exact same symptoms and it was the transmission? What did the diagnostic say in your case?

Yes, exact same symptoms. Diagnostic pointed towards a defective control unit affecting the speed signal. I ended up taking it to a workshop where they confirmed it. Repair cost me around 1000€. It might be worth getting it checked out professionally.

Thanks, that's really helpful. I'll take it to a workshop and get the control unit checked. Appreciate the insight!
