Thanks. I haven't checked the fuses myself. The error code was generic, just a malfunction in the rear window heating circuit. Were your symptoms the same, and what was the diagnosis?

Yes, my symptoms were almost exactly the same. I took it to a workshop, and they found the battery was defective, not providing enough voltage. I'd advise getting professional help to identify all causes.

Took the Enjoy to a workshop. You were right, the discharged battery was the problem. Replaced it, and the rear window heating is working again. Total cost was 290€. Thanks for the help!

I own an Enjoy too and had a similar issue with my rear window demister. Was the error code specific to the heating element, or more general? Did you check the fuses? A blown fuse can disable the rear window heater.
