Entourage Bluetooth Pairing Issue

My 2006 Hyundai Entourage with a gasoline engine has restricted smartphone connectivity. My phone won't pair. An OBD-II scanner revealed an error, but I don't know the specifics. Could this be an incorrect pairing procedure?

Summary of the thread

The 2006 Hyundai Entourage is experiencing restricted smartphone connectivity, with the phone failing to pair and an error code detected by an OBD-II scanner. The problem might stem from an incorrect pairing procedure or a malfunction in the Bluetooth module. After troubleshooting, it was determined that the Bluetooth module required recalibration, which resolved the issue.

I have an Entourage too, and I had a similar issue. Your phone won't connect, and there's a code? Have you tried other phones? Check the fuse box; a blown fuse can cause electrical issues.

Yes, that's correct. I tried another smartphone, same result. Which specific fuse(s) are relevant to the connectivity system?

Since multiple phones are failing and you're getting a code, it's likely not a fuse. It could be something in the head unit. A workshop should take a look.

The issue was the Bluetooth module needing recalibration, costing 45€. Thanks for the help.
