Summary of the thread
The 2006 Hyundai Entourage is experiencing restricted smartphone connectivity, with the phone failing to pair and an error code detected by an OBD-II scanner. The problem might stem from an incorrect pairing procedure or a malfunction in the Bluetooth module. After troubleshooting, it was determined that the Bluetooth module required recalibration, which resolved the issue.

Yes, that's correct. I tried another smartphone, same result. Which specific fuse(s) are relevant to the connectivity system?

Since multiple phones are failing and you're getting a code, it's likely not a fuse. It could be something in the head unit. A workshop should take a look.

The issue was the Bluetooth module needing recalibration, costing 45€. Thanks for the help.

I have an Entourage too, and I had a similar issue. Your phone won't connect, and there's a code? Have you tried other phones? Check the fuse box; a blown fuse can cause electrical issues.
