Entourage Headlight Washer Issue

Hi, I'm facing a strange issue with my 2009 Hyundai Entourage (gasoline engine). The headlight cleaning system seems to have completely stopped working. Strangely, the windshield washer system isn't working either. I've checked the fuse box, and all fuses seem to be fine. Anyone have experience with this?

A 2009 Hyundai Entourage owner experienced a complete failure of the headlight and windshield washer systems. Despite checking the fuses, the issue persisted. A suggestion was made to inspect the pump's cable connection and relays. The problem was identified as a defective pump cable connection, which was subsequently repaired at a workshop.

Hey, that's interesting. I had a similar problem with my old Opel Astra; the windshield washers quit, and it turned out to be a faulty pump connection. Have you checked the cable connection of the pump or the relays? That might be the culprit.

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly is the pump located? Is it easily accessible, or do I need to remove some parts to get to it? And which relay exactly should I inspect?

On my Astra, it was near the washer fluid reservoir, partially hidden. It's tricky to say exactly where it is on your Entourage. If you are unsure, I would go to the workshop.
