Entourage passenger seat malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2008 Hyundai Entourage's passenger electric seat is malfunctioning, with an error stored in the memory and the seat not adjusting. The issue might be due to a faulty seat switch or motor. Another possibility is a weak or defective battery affecting the car's electrical systems. Checking the battery's voltage and consulting a workshop for a detailed diagnosis are suggested solutions.

The battery? Really? I hadn't considered that. How would a low battery affect just one seat?

It's strange, I know. In my case, the car's computer seemed to prioritize other systems when the battery was weak. It might be worth testing the battery's voltage. However, given that there is an error code I would recommend you take it to a workshop. That's what I did eventually.

Thanks for the insight. I'll check the battery, but I think a trip to the shop is in order. I appreciate the help!

Interesting. I had a similar issue with my 2014 BMW 5 series. The power seats suddenly stopped responding, and there was an error code. Have you checked your battery recently? A heavily discharged or defective battery can sometimes cause weird electrical issues like that.
