EQC alarm system battery issue

My 2021 Mercedes EQC electric engine is showing an error related to the additional battery alarm system. The car alarm isn't working, and the error memory has a fault stored. I suspect the auxiliary battery is discharged. Has anyone experienced anything similar? My local mechanic estimates the repair at 330€.

I took it to the workshop as suggested, and it was indeed the auxiliary battery. I replaced it, and the car alarm is working perfectly now. The battery signal is also gone. It cost me 330€ as estimated. I appreciate the help!
