EQC Electric Car Seat Massage Problem

No, I wasn't adjusting anything at the time. I just went to turn it on the other day and nothing happened. Do you think it's worth trying to check the connections myself, or am I just going to make things worse?

Okay, so it wasn't triggered by anything obvious. I'm no expert, but given it's showing an error and they're saying it's a cable or plug, it probably is that. Honestly, with modern cars, especially with all the electrics, I'd be hesitant to mess with it yourself. You might accidentally trigger another fault. I'd get it to a workshop.

Yeah, you're right. I took it to the workshop and they confirmed it was a loose connection. They sorted it out and now the massage function is working again. Thanks for the advice!

Hmm, that's annoying. I've not had that exact issue with my car seats, but I did have a problem with a seat motor in my old car once. Was there anything specific happening when it stopped? Like, were you adjusting the seat at the same time?
