EQC washer fluid warning and system failure

I did check the nozzles visually, they seem clear. I haven't specifically listened for the washer motor. Where is it located, exactly? And if the reservoir is full, could a faulty sensor still trigger both the warning light and system failure concurrently?

On my EQC, I believe the washer motor is integrated with the reservoir assembly itself, generally near the front wheel well. As for the sensor, it's admittedly possible, I suppose. I still lean toward a pump issue given the lack of any system response. Given the complexities, I still wonder if a visit to a qualified workshop might provide more clarity. Perhaps they can diagnose the root cause more efficiently.

Appreciate the input. Turns out it was a simple issue after all – the reservoir was indeed full but the fault was indeed with the sensor and wiper water level too low. Replaced it, cost around 25€, and all is working now.

I am experiencing something similar with my EQC. I wonder if it could be related to a blockage in the washer fluid line? Have you inspected the nozzles for any visible obstructions, or perhaps tried to activate the system while listening closely for the washer motor? Is it making any noise at all, or is it completely silent? It could also be a defective sensor, although if the system is truly not working, that seems less likely to me.
