EQV Power Window Issue

My 2020 Electric Mercedes EQV has a problem the power windows have stopped working. The error memory shows a fault, and I suspect a defective power window switch. Has anyone else had this?

I have an EQV and had a similar problem with the power windows. Did you check the fuse? It might be a simple fix before replacing the entire switch.

In my case, the fuse was fine. The problem was the switch. I recommend visiting a workshop. They can easily diagnose the issue and replace the switch.

Thanks for the advice. I visited a workshop and they confirmed the switch was defective. They replaced it and the power windows are working again. The cost was close to 200€. Your experience helped me decide what to do.
