Error 25CF00 Boost pressure sensor, signal: too low - What could be the problem?

I own a BMW 2 and have a problem with reduced engine power. Error code 25CF00 indicates that the boost pressure sensor signal is too low. I have already replaced the swirl flap motor in the intake manifold and cleaned the boost pressure sensor as best I could. I won't get a new boost pressure sensor until tomorrow. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be or has anyone had similar experiences?

Check for any vacuum leaks in the hoses connected to the turbocharger and intake system. A leak could cause low boost pressure readings. Let me know if you find anything unusual.
