Escape Hybrid AC not working

Hey, I'm having an issue with my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. The AC has completely stopped working. It's not blowing cold air, and the system doesn't even seem to be switching on. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. The car has 122984 km on it. Anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar problem with my Escape. Is it making any weird noises when you turn the AC on, like a high-pitched whine? Or any change at all when you press the AC button? Could be something as simple as a pressure switch, but those can be tricky to diagnose without the right tools.

No weird noises that I can hear, just...nothing. The AC light on the dash comes on, but that's it. How did you eventually figure out what was wrong with yours?

Mine was a pain to figure out. The AC light would come on too, which made it even more confusing. Turned out to be individual valves in the AC system itself had a defect. I ended up taking it to a workshop that specializes in AC diagnostics. It wasn't cheap, around 1000€ to get it fixed, but at least I have AC again. Honestly, I'd recommend getting it checked out by a professional. Could save you a lot of headaches.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like I'm headed to the workshop. I appreciate you sharing your experience.
