Eseries blower not working

I'm pulling my hair out! I've got a 2013 Ford E-Series with a gasoline engine, and the fresh air blower has completely stopped working. I'm getting absolutely zero air circulation, which is a nightmare. The error memory also stores some error, so I think it's a sign of a bigger issue. I've checked the obvious stuff like fuses, but everything seems fine there. Could this be a defective blower motor or electrical wiring?

I had a similar issue with my E-Series. Is the air conditioning also not working, or is it just the blower? When mine went, the whole climate control system seemed to be affected. Has the error code been read out?

The air conditioning seems to be working, at least the compressor kicks on. It's definitely just the blower motor that's dead. So when you had the issue, was the blower motor the culprit, or was it something else like the electrical wiring?

From what you're describing, it really does sound like the blower motor. I'd suggest getting it checked out at a workshop. It's possible there's a short somewhere, but a defective blower motor is the most probable cause.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on – it was indeed the blower motor. Got it replaced for 365€ and now everything's working perfectly again. Appreciate the help!
