Eseries seat heater failure
Summary of the thread
The seat heater in a 2005 Ford Eseries diesel was not functioning, accompanied by an error code. The initial suspicion was a faulty heating mat. After checking the wiring and finding no issues, it was confirmed that the heating element was defective. Replacing the heating mat resolved the problem.

Yeah, I checked the wiring. All seems fine, no obvious breaks. Was it the mat in your case?

Yep, heating element was the problem. I'd say take it to a workshop, they can confirm. Cost me around 390€.

I had a similar issue with my Eseries. Same symptoms. Did you check the wiring under the seat?
