Espace bumper antenna fault

Hi, I've got a 2008 Renault Espace diesel with 92750 km. I think there's a problem with the bumper antenna. The error memory has an error, and the central locking doesn't work. I can only start the engine with the key in the ignition. I think it's a bad cable or plug on the antenna. Anyone seen this before?

I had a similar issue with my Espace. Sounds like what I went through. Have you checked the connections under the bumper? They corrode easily.

Thanks! Could you tell me exactly where those connections are? Can I get to them easily, or do I need to take the bumper apart?

They're under the bumper, near the antenna. You'll need to get under the car. If you're not comfortable, get a workshop to look at it. It was a faulty antenna connection for me.

Thanks for the advice. I'll check the connections. If not, I'll take it to a workshop. I was quoted about 95€ for the repair.
