Espace Gear Shift Issue

Help! My 2023 Renault Espace hybrid is acting up. Only 54510 km on it. The gear shift indicator is completely blank, and now it won't shift gears properly. It slips, shifts roughly, makes grinding noises, and throws an error. Could it be the control unit?

Sounds familiar. I've got an Espace too, although a different engine. Had similar symptoms: crazy shifting, error messages, the whole shebang. Was the gear selection display in the speedometer also not working?
