Espace outside temperature sensor issues

My 2010 Renault Espace with a gasoline engine has a weird issue with the outside temperature sensor. I'm getting an error, the AC isn't working, the spray nozzles freeze, and the mirror heating is off. It's done 168108 km, so I'm thinking it's a cable or plug. Anyone else seen this on their Espace?

Sounds familiar! I've got an Espace too, and had similar weirdness with the temp sensor. AC wouldn't kick on, mirrors stayed cold... Did you check the basics like fuses or anything?

Yeah, I checked the fuses, but it's still happening. What exactly happened with yours? Any specific spots I should check?

Nah, fuses were fine on mine too. Honestly, I just took it to a shop. They said it was a bad connection and quoted around 95€. Cheaper than freezing all summer!

Okay, I'll probably take it to a shop for them to check it out. Sounds like it needs a proper look and maybe a new sensor. Thanks for the help!
