Essentia Blower Motor and AUC Sensor Fault

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2019 Chevrolet Essentia, gasoline engine, 61333 km on the clock. The blower motor doesn't work, and I'm getting an AUC sensor fault. Could a defective cable or plug connection really stop the blower?

A 2019 Chevrolet Essentia experienced a blower motor failure and an AUC sensor fault. The issue was suspected to be caused by a defective cable or plug connection. After professional inspection, it was confirmed that a faulty connection at the AUC sensor was the cause, and the repair resolved the problem.

I had a similar issue on my Essentia. Check the AUC sensor connection, sometimes it comes loose. Is the blower motor completely dead or intermittent?

Thanks for the tip! The blower is completely dead. Where exactly is the AUC sensor located? Is it difficult to get to?

Yeah, total failure sounds like a bad connection or the sensor itself. I'd advise getting it checked out professionally. My workshop diagnosed mine quickly. It's not worth the headache, trust me.
