Estima Tire Pressure ABS and Steering Issues

My 2019 Toyota Estima hybrid is showing a low tire pressure warning. Mileage is at 196412 km. The ABS lamp is also on, the steering wheel shakes, and the power steering feels weak – takes more effort to turn the wheel! I've checked the pressures and inflated the tires, but nothing changed. Could this be a tire monitoring system failure?

Interesting. I had similar symptoms on my 2016 Opel Insignia. The tire pressure warning was the least of my worries. ABS light, steering issues… does the steering get heavier as you drive?

I'd suspect a defective valve in the tire. The increased effort suggests a connection. It was best to visit a workshop and have it professionally diagnosed. I'd advise you do the same to avoid any incidents.

Appreciate the insight. Took it to the shop, a tire valve had indeed gone bad, which also caused the other issues. A new valve was installed, and everything is sorted. Cost 280€, so not too bad. Thanks again!
