Thanks! Where exactly is the antenna cable located? Is it hard to get to? And no, I don't have an error code, I would need to buy a code reader first.

The antenna cable runs from the antenna mount, usually located in the bumper, to the radio unit inside the dash. If you don't know how to check it, I would recommend taking it to a workshop to get it checked.

Thanks! You were right. Took it to the shop and they found a defective antenna cable connection. They replaced it, and everything works again. Cost me 95€, not too bad!

I had similar problems with my Excursion. By 'error in the system', do you mean a specific error code? If so, what is it? It does sound like an antenna issue. Have you checked the cable and connections to the antenna itself? Sometimes those get corroded or loose.
